Led by Lauren, co-founder of PregSafe and a certified pre & postnatal Personal Trainer with 8 years in the fitness industry, these classes bring real expertise to the mat. A 4x international pole champion and professional circus performer specialising in aerial and pole, Lauren blends strength, mobility and cardio into safe training for every stage of motherhood, no matter your level of fitness. She’s even coached PregSafe’s co-founder Tanya to perform up to 8 months pregnant. You’re in expert hands.
If you’ve recently given birth, please wait until after your 6-8 week postnatal GP check – or 12 weeks if you’ve had a C-section – and get medical clearance before joining a class

PregSafe’s Movement Method – Pregnancy Power
Build strength, stay mobile, and prepare your body for birth with our expert-led pregnancy class. You'll get 45 minutes of tailored, trimester-safe training followed by 15 minutes to ask questions, connect with other mums-to-be, and get real support.
- Full 60-minute session: 45 min training + 15 min support & chat
- Strengthen your core and pelvic floor
- Relieve pregnancy-related aches like pelvic girdle pain and sciatica

PregSafe’s Movement Method - MummaFit with baby
Rebuild your strength and confidence in this baby-friendly postnatal class. We combine full-body movement, safe core work and mobility – followed by 15 minutes of relaxed time to chat, share experiences and get expert tips.
- 60-minute session: 45 min exercise + 15 min connection
- Diastasis-safe core and posture-focused movement
- Bring your baby – feed, cuddle, and pause as needed
- Suitable for C-section recovery, prolapse and postnatal healing
- A supportive, social space to meet other mums and move together
